Solar system monitoring app setup/reconnection instructions

There may be cases where no data is visible on the monitoring app. In such scenarios, the plant status will be ‘Offline’ on the app home page.

This status indicates that the inverter has lost connection to the home internet, hence no data is available. The internet connection doesn’t affect the running of the solar system at all; your inverter could still be working.

Connection lost can occur because:

  • Some changes have been made with your home internet.
  • The inverter main switch is tripped or the inverter is turned off.

If you have checked on the inverter and confirmed it’s still working properly, you can reconnect it to continue monitoring the system from your app. Here are links to the setup guidance for different models of inverters.
